Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ignite Play School website or enrolling your child. By accessing our website or submitting an admission application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Admission Policy

1.1 Eligibility

Admission to Ignite Play School is open to children between the ages of 1.5 and 6 years, subject to age-group availability at the time of application.

1.2 Application Process

• Submission of an enquiry or application form does not guarantee admission
• Admissions are granted based on availability of seats, child's age suitability and a campus visit
• Parents/guardians may be invited for an orientation meeting prior to confirmation
• Final admission is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee and completed documentation

1.3 Required Documents

• Child's birth certificate
• Recent passport-size photographs of the child and parents/guardians
• Aadhar card of parent/guardian
• Previous school records (if applicable)
• Any medical/allergy documentation as relevant

2. Fee Policy

2.1 Fee Structure

Detailed fee structures are available at each branch and are subject to annual revision. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

2.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are payable as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission
• Late payment may attract a penalty charge as notified by the school
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless the school is unable to provide the enrolled programme

2.3 Withdrawal

A written withdrawal notice must be submitted to the branch office at least 30 days in advance. No-show without notice will result in fees being forfeited.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Children

All children are expected to treat classmates, teachers and school property with respect. Persistent disruptive behaviour may result in a meeting with parents and, in extreme cases, a suspension of enrolment.

3.2 Parents and Guardians

• Parents are expected to maintain respectful communication with all school staff
• Drop-off and pick-up must occur within designated times and zones
• Only authorised persons listed in the enrolment form may collect the child
• Social media posts featuring other children must not be made without consent

4. Health and Safety

• Children who are unwell (fever, vomiting, contagious illness) should not be brought to school
• Parents must inform the school immediately of any change in medical condition or emergency contact
• All medication administered at school requires a signed authorisation form
• Our campus is a nut-free, allergen-aware environment

5. Photography and Media

Ignite Play School may photograph or video children during school activities for use in school communications, social media and promotional materials. By enrolling your child, you grant permission for such use unless you specifically opt out in writing at the time of admission.

6. Website Use

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the intellectual property of Ignite Play School and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6.2 Accuracy of Information

We endeavour to keep website content accurate and up to date but do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Fee structures and programme details should be verified directly with the school office.

6.3 Prohibited Use

• Using the website for unlawful purposes
• Submitting false information in any form
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
• Scraping, copying or redistributing website content without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Ignite Play School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on any information provided herein. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding term.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued enrolment or use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered families of material changes via email.
